We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website.  Any amendment will take effect from the date the updated Privacy Policy is posted on our website. By continuing to use our products and services and/or our website after such date, you hereby will be deemed to have accepted any changes to this Privacy Policy by virtue of using our services and/or our website.  We will ensure that the current version of our Privacy Policy is always available on our website, www.up-skill.co.nz.
