Who creates the courses on UpSkill?
All courses are created in-house by our production team.
How do I know who should complete the different courses?
We have grouped our
courses together into bundles specific for each position within a
business. More information on our
bundles can be found on our Options & Pricing page.
What options do I have to buy courses?
You can buy individual courses, bundles, or a subscription. Our Options & Pricing page sets out the different options that are available.
How come there is no bundle for Compliance, Risk & Audit positions?
We haven’t created a bundle for persons in a Compliance, Risk & Audit position because it is more cost effective for these persons to subscribe to UpSkill.
Do all courses have assessments?
Yes. All our courses have assessments.
Do I get certificates for completing a course?
Yes. All our courses are accompanied by a certificate which is stored in UpSkill or can be downloaded.
Do the courses count towards CPD?
Yes. Our courses count towards your continuing professional development.
Is your content regularly updated?
Yes. We frequently review and update our content to ensure that it reflects regulatory changes and guidance, as well as prevailing views. We also offer quarterly updates as part of our bundles and subscription.

How do I become an expert?
If you are an expert in your field and would like to enquire about creating courses and distributing them via UpSkill, please contact us.
Access.
How long do I have access to trainings for?
All courses have unlimited access for 12 months.
How do I can cancel?
All courses will automatically expire after 12 months. If you have a subscription, the subscription will automatically renew. To cancel a subscription, you will need to give us 30 days’ notice prior to your subscription renewing.
How do I sign up?
What happens if I have my own LMS?
We can give you access to our content and our assessments via your own learning management system.

UpSkill functionality.
What is the role of the Seat Manager?
Seat Manager’s play a key role in overseeing users on our platform. They can add or remove users and can generate various reports. If you are a Seat Manager and haven’t received our Seat Manager Guide, please feel free to contact us and we will send one to you.
What reporting is available on UpSkill?
The Seat Manager can run a variety of reports through UpSkill including, but not limited to, user progress reports and reports on the performance of users in relation to the competency assessments. Seat Manager’s can also develop custom reports and can also schedule reporting based on their own requirements.

How much does UpSkill cost?

Do I have to pay upfront, or can I pay monthly?
All courses, bundles and subscriptions are payable up front. If you spend more than $6,000 in a single purchase, you can opt to pay monthly.
How do I pay for courses?
You can pay using credit card or by bank transfer.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST.
